NSTRUCTIONS
Add one sachet of OPTIFAST VLCD to 200-250ml of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water. All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 6 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
WHAT IS THE OPTIFAST VLCD PROGRAM?
The OPTIFAST VLCD Program is a nutritionally complete, very low calorie diet. It contains protein, carbohydrates, fatty acids, all the vitamins and minerals for safe and effective weight loss. Weight loss is achieved by limiting both carbohydrate and total energy intake. This enables the body to use its own fat stores (a process called ketosis), helping you to lose weight quickly.
HOW DOES THE OPTIFAST VLCD PROGRAM WORK?
For more gradual weight loss, you can choose to replace either 2 or 1 meals each day. Importantly, the program is flexible, so your healthcare professional will advise you the right levels for your weight management journey as your goals and lifestyle needs may change over time.
